Return Period: You have the right to return your order within a 14-day window from the date the package is picked up by you, the consumer. If the 14th day falls on a holiday, you still have the right to return the package on the next weekday. Please note that the 14-day return period begins the day after you pick up your package.
Return Shipping Fee: When returning a package, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. This fee varies based on the shipment's origin, weight, and dimensions.
Return Conditions: Upon returning your order, the product/products must be in good condition, meeting the following criteria:
No visible damages to the product's seal.
No damaged corners or sides.
No damage to the surface of the product.
Please be aware that these factors are significant, particularly for collectors, and failing to meet these conditions may result in a compensation claim for the damaged product.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, you must inform us before the expiration of the 14-day return period. Once we've been notified, you have an additional 14 days to send back the package. Please note that you are required to prove that the product was purchased from us. To inform us about a return or discuss any issues with your product, please contact us via email.
Refund Process: We will refund the amount you paid within a 30-day period starting from the day we receive the returned order. The refund includes the product price and the original shipment cost to your address. Please note that the refund does not cover the cost of return shipping.
